About the role
At Imterix, we build AI, robotics, cloud, and cybersecurity platforms engineered for continuous production stress—not just polished client demos. As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will serve as the crucial bridge between complex, high-stakes client operations (across finance, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing) and our core engineering teams.
You will translate real-world operational bottlenecks into actionable technical specifications, conduct feasibility and ROI analysis, and ensure every platform we deliver solves concrete business problems and performs reliably under continuous load.
What you will do
- Requirements Discovery & Scoping: Partner with executive stakeholders, field operators, and domain experts to uncover critical operational friction and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Process & Workflow Architecture: Map current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") operational workflows across automated robotics environments, cloud architectures, and AI data pipelines.
- Business Case & ROI Modeling: Perform cost-benefit analyses, build financial models, and evaluate technical feasibility to justify platform investments and establish measurable value metrics for clients.
- Change Management & Enablement: Develop user documentation, training frameworks, and operational playbooks to ensure rapid adoption across client organizations.
- Engineering Alignment: Work closely with software engineers, roboticists, and cybersecurity leads to prioritize product backlogs, clarify acceptance criteria, and prevent scope creep.
What we are looking for
- Process Mapping & Modeling: Mastery of BPMN 2.0, Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro for complex enterprise workflow mapping.
- High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and modern Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect in enterprise software, hardware/robotics, or management consulting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to speak fluently to both C-suite executives and senior software engineers.
- Proven ability to analyze unstructured business problems and reduce them to clean, logical, and actionable requirements.
- Understanding of enterprise compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or financial audit trails).
